Our Story:
We want to bring our years of experience working in the field of Graphic Design direct to clients who are looking for something more than the standard pre-made or AI-created Branding & Design that will set you apart from your competitors & give your business a level of professionalism that comes hand-in-hand with personally crafted and meticulously perfected Visual Presence.
We prefer to work with companies that are looking to either begin or overhaul their Brand across all platforms & media, but also take on smaller, more precise areas, should an opportunity meet a creative level that warrants the time and effort we seek in our work.
Our Process:
SURVEY: We start our design process by first getting to know you and your needs. Before we meet for a consultation, you will receive a small PDF survey to fill out and return, which will point us in the direction of your current level of Graphic Design integration & knowledge (wherever you are now), as well as some inspiration (what you strive to become) & current status of the competition in your specific market.
FREE OVERVIEW: We will take the results of your Survey & gather a significant amount of additional information & where possible visual examples of all the key points via thorough investigation, which we will use to populate a Graphic Design Overview to use as our starting point to understanding your specific needs and expectations.
FREE CONSULTATION: Once we have completed the Overview, we will send an email to finalize a Consultation meeting with you where we will review and share our findings & work on setting a definitive Project Scope & Timeline, once agreed upon will be then translated into a Project Proposal (which will set clear Milestones & Output, alongside the associated costs) for your review.
CONTRACTING: We will give a series of level options for your project each with different Costs and Outputs & all with a 50% up front deposit required once we have agreed upon the whole (pricing is based on individual Project Scope & valid only as Outlined).
DESIGN PROOFING: After we have the deposit we will begin creating your Designs immediately & provide a link to your first set of proofs according to the agreed timeline, with expectations for reviews & changes request detailed as well & limited to the maximum set rounds of reproofing you have chosen be they online only (less expensive & quicker), or through additional Meetings each time.
FINALIZING: Once you have approved the Final Design Proofs for all the Designs in a Project, we will schedule a Meeting to review all of their files and uses with you & make sure we have completely covered all areas of the Project Scope & any additional (added mid-process) requests you have.
OUTPUT: We will provide you with the finalized Design Files once your Final Payment (the balance of all Project & any additional requests) is received and confirmed for your immediate use.
BONUS: We will keep a set of Backup Design Files for all Finalized and Paid for Projects should you ever need them again, which we can send to you at a anytime in the future, or to use with us in any future projects we may work on with you thereafter.
